Creamed Broccoli-Cauliflower Soup made with Raw Black Tahini

Black tahini is an amazing jing kidney tonic, rejuvenative and nutritive and incredible for reproductive-system support, excellent for bones and teeth....and dozens of other things. An ounce a day is what’s recommended for healing. Can’t find any? Get black sesame seeds and make them into a butter yourself like we do! Enjoy 😋

TO MAKE THE SOUP Blend:

  • 1 crown each of broccoli and cauliflower (blanched or steamed, if desired)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1-2 TBSP of tahini
  • Herbs of your choice (I put rosemary, thyme and marjoram)
  • Gray sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot water
