Ok

So far am liking the soaps and the bar shampoo & the charcoal capsules. Have not tried the raw shilajit supplement because the dropper bulb is inoperable. I assume this is a manufacturing error, which should have been caught during the bottling process. It appears the tube that holds liquid has a solid glass ball at the tip closing off what should be an opening. Sorry I have not had time to contact you to address the issue til today, plus it had slipped my mind until receiving this review request. Hopefully you will be able to send me a new dropper to replace the inoperable one. I will be glad to send you a picture to prove my words. Let me know where to send it. Thank you, Laura Canter

Hi Laura,

It seems the review appeared here while were on the phone! I'm glad we figured it out and all it took was warming up the dropper. Shilajit is a VERY hard resin and it hardens it cold temperatures. Warming it does the trick and in case of droppers if a bit of it does get cold (and trapped) at the tip, running hot water over it fixes it : )

Shampoo Soap

Given the silky and creamy softness of this soap I was with concerns it would wash away in the shower where I leave it. I’ve had other natural soaps from health food stores that promptly melted into a complete mess LOL This bar is holding up wonderfully. I use it for shaving as well as shampoo. Quality for sure.
