It worked ok, I didn’t see a big difference. It seemed to constipate me. I stopped taking after 3 days. I will try it again in a couple weeks after my bowel movements return to normal.

This is concerning to hear. Do you have one bowel movement at least once a day? If your elimination is on the slower side, you definitely need to drink more water when taking the charcoal as well as fix the frequency of your elimination (ideally BEFORE taking the charcoal so that the toxins can be carried out of your body and not sit there).
